Counseling

Our mental health services emphasize high-quality treatment, respect, and affordability. We work with adults, people in relationships, and families of all kinds to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Affordable Counseling Services

For over 50 years, William Temple House has been a leader in accessible mental health care in Portland. Our sliding-scale fees range from $1 to $80, or free in many cases, making us one of the most affordable options in the city. Sessions are conducted by student interns, alumni, or volunteers, both in-person and via telehealth, by appointment.

How To Request Counseling Services

Click the “Request for Services Form” button below to open our secure, fillable form in a new tab. You’ll be guided through a few short questions and can submit your responses directly online: no printing, emailing, or scanning required. If you are seeking counseling as part of a couple, family, or group, each person should complete their own form. Once submitted, we will review your request and reach out by phone or email to share next steps.

If you would like support accessing or completing the form, please call us at (971) 242-2826 and we’ll be happy to help.
