For over 50 years, William Temple House has been a leader in accessible mental health care in Portland. Our sliding-scale fees range from $1 to $80, or free in many cases, making us one of the most affordable options in the city. Sessions are conducted by student interns, alumni, or volunteers, both in-person and via telehealth, by appointment.
How To Request Counseling Services
Download and complete the Request for Counseling Services form, then submit it via email to counselingapp@williamtemple.org, mail, or in person. Couples, families, or groups seeking counseling should each fill out their own form. We process requests promptly and communicate next steps via phone, email, or mail. If you need a copy of our Request for Services form mailed to you, please call 971-242-2826.
Fees for Current Counseling Clients
To pay your counseling fees online, please use this secure PayPal form. Our suggested fee is $0-$80 per session. If you cannot pay for counseling at this time, you will be able to receive counseling services without payment.
