Clinical Supervisor (LCSW), Counseling
William Temple House seeks a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to join our dynamic Counseling Department. This position plays a key role in training and mentoring emerging clinicians while also helping us expand access to care. As one of the leading internship training programs in Portland, we host graduate-level students from Counseling, Psychology, and Social Work programs across the region. This 20-hour-per-week position includes both clinical and supervisory responsibilities, including facilitating both individual and group supervision, observing and providing feedback to interns, and responding to client crises, in addition to maintaining a small client caseload.
