After months of careful consideration, we are excited to share the executive summary of our 2020-21 Strategic Plan with you.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the development of this plan, including our clients, partners, fellow nonprofits, and supporters. The community input generated through surveys, focus groups, interviews, and informal conversations was invaluable in helping our staff and board plan for the future. We will use this document to guide our organization’s everyday work through COVID-19 and beyond, and we’ll update it at least once a year.
