Facilities Manager, Administration 

William Temple House is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of building operation and maintenance, ensuring a safe and functional work environment for our nonprofit Food Pantry, Counseling Offices, and Thrift Store. This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative and has solid, hands-on maintenance and problem-solving skills. Duties include routine safety inspections, planning and conducting routine maintenance work, overseeing the work of outside vendors and contractors, maintaining records, and assisting directly in the operation of our Food Pantry. Deputy Director of Training & Clinical Services, Counseling 

William Temple House is looking for a Deputy Director of Training & Clinical Services to play a key role in shaping the future of our Counseling Department. Along with training and mentoring the next generation of therapists in Portland, this role will also include promoting program visibility, expanding access to care, and securing funding to sustain our low-cost Counseling program. This position closely supports the Director of Training and Clinical Services, and will collaborate with the Director to develop and implement initiatives aimed at achieving revenue neutrality for the department. This position will also include hands-on aspects, such as individual and group supervision and delivering clinical services.

Clinical Supervisor, Counseling 

William Temple House is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to further our mission of providing low-cost, accessible counseling. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will train, supervise, and mentor students completed Master’s degrees in Counseling, Psychology, and Social Work. This position will include hands-on aspects such as facilitating group and individual supervision, shadowing interns, and providing on-site and virtual support during client crises, as well as delivering direct in-person and telehealth clinical services to clients.
